Request an individual quote for your route. The EPS team checks the declared contents, package measurements and address coverage before confirming the service.

Specify England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland and the exact destination. Customs documentation and the applicable treatment depend on the movement; do not treat a UK shipment as an ordinary intra-EU delivery.

Prepare your quote request

  1. Collection and delivery countries, cities, full addresses and postcodes.
  2. Number of parcels, packed weight and outer dimensions, with units.
  3. Accurate contents, value and details of any batteries, liquids or restricted items.
  4. Requested collection date, address access and contact details.

Before collection

Wait for written acceptance of the contents, route and service. Pack the goods to the confirmed requirements, use the correct label and keep the booking and handover evidence. Estimated transit times are not delivery guarantees.

Customs and support

For a route requiring customs clearance, supply the requested documents and a truthful description and value. A gift or used item is not automatically exempt from formalities. Keep the recipient available for any customs request.
