EPS • EUROPEAN SHIPPING GUIDE
International parcel shipping from and to Europe
Prepare a shipment with Express Post Services using practical route guidance, a clear list of parcel details and an individual quote. This European website brings together local-language help for senders and recipients, with English available through the language selector.
Start with the addresses and the packed parcel
Provide the collection and delivery countries, towns and postcodes. List the packed weight and outer dimensions of every parcel, describe the contents precisely and mention batteries, liquids or other items requiring an acceptance check. A requested collection date helps the team assess your needs; it does not confirm a booking.
Check the rules for your actual route
Europe includes EU and non-EU destinations. A shipment between ordinary EU territories may require different preparation from a shipment to the United Kingdom or Switzerland. Islands, special territories and remote addresses need an individual check. Our route guides explain which details to prepare, while the confirmed offer sets out the service available for your shipment.
For examples, read the guides to France–Romania, France–United Kingdom and France–Switzerland. Each guide has its own English page and a French counterpart.
From a quote to a prepared shipment
- Check that the contents and packaging are suitable for the proposed service.
- Review the individual offer, including collection conditions and any required customs documents.
- After confirmation, use the correct label and keep your booking and handover evidence.
Shipping prices are supplied by individual quote. Transit estimates are not delivery guarantees. For an existing shipment, include the booking reference and tracking number when contacting support. The shipping help centre covers packaging, tracking, delivery, customs and incident reporting in 20 searchable categories.
