Before collection

Wait for written acceptance of the contents, route and service. Pack the goods to the confirmed requirements, use the correct label and keep the booking and handover evidence. Estimated transit times are not delivery guarantees.

Customs and support

For a route requiring customs clearance, supply the requested documents and a truthful description and value. A gift or used item is not automatically exempt from formalities. Keep the recipient available for any customs request.
